— MASSAGE THERAPY —

All therapeutic massages include a review and evaluation of physical health history, discussion of past and current pain, muscular tension, injuries, surgeries, physical conditions, exercise and current physical health goals. Treatment may include Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, neuromuscular therapy, trigger point therapy, stretching, compression, passive range of motion exercises, reflexology, tui na, heat therapy, cupping, gua sha, moxibustion, electronic stimulation, acupuncture point stimulation depending on the specific needs of the client. All products used in the treatment, such as massage oils, lotions, liniments, salves, topical herbal applications,and essential oils, are always of high quality and are intended to promote general wellness, encourage relaxation, increase blood circulation, ease pain and nourish dry skin.
